Dr. Andrea Diese is not just the President of American Management and Leadership by Design (AMLD); she is a powerhouse, a beacon of empowerment, a transformational force, and a dynamic force of nature. Beyond her impressive professional titles, she is a source of inspiration, a devoted wife, and a mother.
Drawing on her extensive experience in executive leadership, Dr. Diese has become a driving force in the realm of woman empowerment. Her leadership journey is marked by a commitment to helping women recognize and unleash their inherent potential, a mission she passionately pursues through the AMLD Leadership Academy.
Before taking the helm at American Management and Leadership by Design, Dr. Diese demonstrated her strategic prowess as the Chief Operating Officer for Sterling Marketing, Management, and Consulting. Her two decades of knowledge in training and development seamlessly integrated with her passion, making her a trailblazer in strategic planning and implementation.
Beyond the corporate world, Dr. Diese has left an indelible mark in the realm of education. Her tenure in administration at the university level, where she served as a College Chair for the School of Business and President, showcases her multifaceted leadership skills. Here, she took charge of crucial responsibilities, including the selection, assessment, certification, mentoring, evaluation, and training of campus faculty. Her role extended to developing and maintaining the quality and integrity of academic programs, overseeing fiscal and academic development, and ensuring a legacy of excellence in the College. Dr. Diese’s journey is a testament to her unyielding dedication to transformative leadership, education, and the empowerment of women.
